Using this website

This website is operated by Stephen John Perera trading as Sell Unwanted Cars (ABN 41 955 088 964, Queensland motor dealer licence 4712110), Graceville QLD 4075. It lets you describe a vehicle and ask for a quote.

Quotes

Asking for a quote is free and doesn't commit you to selling. A quote is based on the information and photos you provide and on the vehicle and its status, and it stays valid for 7 days from the day we give it to you. It may change if the vehicle turns out to be different from how it was described. We can't purchase every vehicle.

Payment

If you accept our offer, our local collection partner pays you the quoted amount in cash when they collect the vehicle (subject to an ownership check and completion of the paperwork). If the vehicle has no resale value, we'll tell you when we quote, and we can arrange free removal instead of a payment.

Collection

We arrange collection with one of our local collection partners, and we share your details with them when you accept a quote (see our privacy policy). Collection is free from most of South East Queensland. We'll confirm collection for your location when we quote, before you decide whether to sell.
